Senior Lanie Phelps was selected as the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) Good Citizen Award recipient for Rich Hill High School. School staff selected Lanie based on her dependability, service, leadership, and patriotism. Congratulations, Lanie!

We have a sub driver who is going to fill in until our regular driver can return which will bring us back to four routes starting tomorrow morning, Friday the 8th. Routes will adjust and become shorter so we are advising parents to send their children to the bus stop 10 to 15 minutes LATER than normal. Evening drop offs will also adjust to an earlier time since routes will be shorter. Thank you for your patience and pick up and drop off times should stabilize by the end of next week.
Two drivers are out this morning. We have subs who aren't familiar with the routes they are driving. They may be running later than usual so please be patient. Thank you!
The Fall Party is tomorrow, Thursday, Oct. 31, at 2:30 pm. Elementary students are NOT allowed to wear costumes to school. Friday, November 1, there is no school for students. Teachers have a professional development day.

The Lady Tigers earned a win in the first round of districts. They will continue play next Monday, October 28th in Jasper at 7:15 PM against Liberal.
Rich Hill R-IV is developing a Master Facility Plan to help guide the use of funds from Prop KIDS over the next 10 to 15 years. Please fill out the very short survey to show the school board what you think the priorities to improve district facilities should be! Survey closes on Friday the 18th.

FBLA members are selling Missouri made-to-order fresh popcorn from Ozark River Popcorn! A dozen flavors including caramel, cheddar, and cinnamon. We use the profits to send our members to competitions. FBLA thanks you!

We are doing a test run for getting rid of surplus that is taking up space we need for daycare expansion. We have about 60 elementary desks similar to the one pictured for $10 each, your choice, first come first serve until they are all gone. You can buy as many as you want! Bring cash to the elementary office between 8am-2pm and ask for Dollie! I will be posting other items as well as auctioning items in future Facebook posts.
