The JH/HS Principal Corner (11/13/20)

Another week in the books and another week closer to Thanksgiving. I have always enjoyed Thanksgiving because it gives us the opportunity to see family that we do not normally get to see but also prepares us for the last bit of the semester. As we move closer to the end of the semester, please be checking in with your kiddos on how classes are going and help them start to prepare for the end of the semester. Here are some updates for the week.

Second mid-quarter is  today (11/13). Mid-quarter grade cards will be sent to parents of students who have at least one D or lower. I encourage all parents to check Canvas with your kiddos to check in on their grades. Thanks!

Veterans Day Assembly was a great success. Many great performances took place. You can still find the assembly on the RH Tiger Band Facebook page to watch at any time. A huge shout out to Mrs. Phelps and Ms. Wills for planning the fantastic event. A huge thanks to the CTA for purchasing the meals for the event.

The roll pickup for the band's Texas Roadhouse roll fundraiser will be on Saturday, November 14th at 3:45 in front of the high school.

The junior high basketball teams have been having great success in their seasons. Good job to the coaches and players and keep up the great work!

Rich Hill R-IV Jr./Sr. High School proudly presents An Enchanted Bookshop Christmas (a play by Todd Wallinger produced in cooperation with Pioneer Drama.) Showtime is Saturday, November 14 at 7:00 pm in the auditorium. Tickets are $5 for adults and children.  See Cast Members or purchase tickets at the door.

Thanks for reading and it is always a great day to be a Tiger!!!
